Abstract
1. Хромогенная питательная среда для обнаружения колиформных бактерий и E.coli, сухая (Хромагар), содержащая источник азота, натрий хлористый, натрий додецилсульфат, натрий фосфорнокислый двузамещенный, калий фосфорнокислый однозамещенный, натрий пировинограднокислый, L-триптофан, 6-хлор-3-индолил-β-D-галактопиранозид (Salmon-GAL), 5-бром-4-хлор-3-индолил-β-D-глюкуронид (X-GLUC), изопропил-β-D1-тиогалактопиранозид (IPTG), отличающаяся тем, что она дополнительно содержит реактив 1-изопропил-β-D1-тиогалактопиранозид (IPTG) совместно с хромогенным субстратом 5-бром-4-хлор-3-индолил-β-D-глюкуронида (X-GLUC) при следующем соотношении компонентов, г/л:2. Хромогенная питательная среда для обнаружения колиформных бактерий и E.coli, сухая (Хромагар), содержащая источник азота, натрий хлористый, натрий додецилсульфат, натрий фосфорнокислый двузамещенный, калий фосфорнокислый однозамещенный, натрий пировинограднокислый, L-триптофан, 6-хлор-3-индолил-β-D-галактопиранозид (Salmon-GAL), 5-бром-4-хлор-3-индолил-β-D-глюкуронид (X-GLUC), изопропил-β-D1-тиогалактопиранозид (IPTG).отличающаяся тем, что в качестве источника азота она содержит панкреатический гидролизат рыбной муки, а также дополнительно содержит реактив 1-изопропил-β-D1-тиогалактопиранозид (IPTG) совместно с хромогенным субстратом 5-бром-4-хлор-3-индолил-β-D-глюкуронида (X-GLUC) при следующем соотношении компонентов, г/л:1.
