1. Способ получения высокодисперсных форм лекарственных веществ и фармацевтических композиций, основанный на сублимационной сушке замороженных распылением в емкость с криогенной жидкостью растворов исходных веществ в смешанных водно-органических растворителях, отличающийся тем, в качестве растворителя используют раствор тетрагидрофуран-вода, в котором концентрация тетрагидрофурана составляет 5-25 мас.%, температура основной стадии сублимационной сушки ниже ~ -1,4°С, а концентрации исходных веществ в рабочем растворе - до ~ 90% от их растворимости при комнатной температуре.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что сублимационную сушку осуществляют в токе сухого газа.3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что в качестве лекарственного вещества используют сульфат сальбутамола.4.
