Abstract
1. Способ экстракции катаракты у больных с псевдоэксфолиативным синдромом, включающий формирование тоннельного разреза и парацентеза, введение в переднюю камеру раствора трипанового голубого, мидриатика и вискоэластика, капсулорексис, который фиксируют расширителем зрачка, экстракцию катаракты методом ультразвуковой факоэмульсификации, при которой раскол ядра хрусталика осуществляют в виде латинской буквы Y, после чего удаляют клиновидный фрагмент ядра хрусталика на 6 часах, далее последовательно фрагментируют и удаляют соседние фрагменты хрусталика, и имплантацию интраокулярной линзы в капсульный мешок, с последующим вымыванием вискоэластика из капсульного мешка и передней камеры и псевдоэксфолиативных отложений из угла передней камеры, отличающийся тем, что после завершения этапа ультразвуковой факоэмульсификации, через инжектор, производят имплантацию внутрикапсульного кольца, представляющего собой разомкнутое кольцо, на свободных концах которого выполнены диаметрально расположенные и обращенные внутрь кольца дужки с отверстиями на их концах, при этом посередине кольцо имеет радиальный изгиб радиусом 0,8-2,0 мм, направленный внутрь кольца и расположенный в плоскости кольца, при этом до или после имплантации ИОЛ проводят первичный задний капсулорексис.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что при значительной несостоятельности связочного аппарата и необходимости фиксации капсульного мешка дужки внутрикапсульного кольца перемещают на переднюю капсулу хрусталика и подшивают к склере через цилиарную борозду.1.
