Abstract
1. Способ подготовки угольной шихты для коксования, включающий дозировку углей из силосов с использованием сортировочного, дробильного, сушильного оборудования, осуществляющие процессы окомкования (брикетирования) и смешения отличающийся тем, что перед дроблением угольную шихту классифицируют/разделяют по размеру зерен углей, отделяя класс ≤3 мм, оставшуюся часть переизмельчают, смешивают с предварительно выделенной фракцией ≤3 мм, после чего готовый продукт - угольную шихту - подсушивают до 4-6% и передают в коксовое производство.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что выделяемый пылевидный уголь смешивают с химическими отходами, окомковывают/брикетируют и вместе с угольной шихтой передают в коксовое производство.1.
