1. Способ получения сложного эфира монохлоруксусной кислоты, содержащего 1,3-диоксановый заместитель, переэтерификацией этилового эфира монохлоруксусной кислоты 5-этил-5-гидроксиметил-1,3-диоксаном проводят в присутствии Purolite CT 275 в качестве катализатора при температуре 90-100°C в течение 3-3,5 ч.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что реакцию с 5-этил-5-гидроксиметил-1,3-диоксаном проводят при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: этилового эфира монохлоруксусной кислоты 60-63; 5-этил-5-гидроксиметил-1,3-диоксана 30-32.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что используют катализатор Purolite CT 275 в количестве 7-8 мас.% от 5-этил-5-гидроксиметил-1,3-диоксана.1.
