1. Ветродвигатель, содержащий горизонтальный вал с установленным на нем в направлении ветрового потока колесом с лопастями повышенной площади, обеспечивающими стабильную ориентацию по ветру, конусный направитель и наружную обечайку, отличающийся тем, что на наружной обечайке равномерно по периметру размещены лопасти второго энергетического уровня в количестве, равном длине наружной обечайки в метрах, обеспечивая значительное повышение суммарной площади лопастей и крутящего момента, а также равномерность распределения ветровой нагрузки на наружную обечайку и ветроколесо в целом.2. Ветродвигатель по п.1, отличающийся тем, что наличие ребра жесткости для крепления лопастей второго энергетического уровня создает суживающийся проход между ребром и лопастью, повышая скорость ветрового потока и крутящий момент.1.
