Abstract
1. A combustible fuel burner unit, comprising: a fuel source; a gas bypass that is in fluid communication with a specified fuel source; at least one air inlet opening that is in fluid communication with a specified gas bypass; a combustion chamber unit that communicates fluid with the specified gas bypass channel; and a rigid insulating coupling connecting the specified unit of the combustion chamber to the specified fuel source, through which the bypass channel is directed al gas. 2. The burner block according to claim 1, in which the coupling includes a high temperature durable thermoplastic. The burner block according to claim 2, wherein the high temperature durable thermoplastic is selected from the group consisting of phenols and polyethyramides. The burner block according to claim 1, in which the block of the combustion chamber includes metal. The burner block according to claim 4, in which the block of the combustion chamber is made of a material selected from the group consisting of stainless steel and tungsten. The burner block according to claim 1, wherein the fuel comprises one or more hydrocarbons. The burner block according to claim 6, in which the fuel includes butane. The burner block according to claim 1, wherein the ambient air enters the gas bypass through the air inlet and mixes with the fuel. The burner unit of claim 8, wherein the ambient air is mixed with fuel before entering the combustion chamber unit. The burner block according to claim 1, in which sparks from the ignitor are directed to the output of the burner block. The burner block according to claim 1, including a fuel metering valve, which is in fluid communication with the specified gas bypass channel between the specified source
