Abstract
1. Способ отделения лигнина от водной смеси, включающий стадии:a) нагревания смеси до температуры больше, чем критическая температура,b) отделения лигнина от смеси при температуре отделения, которая равна критической температуре или превышает ее.2. Способ по п.1, где, по меньшей мере, часть отделения проводят в результате центрифугирования.3. Способ по п.1, где, по меньшей мере, часть отделения проводят в результате фильтрования.4. Способ по п.1, где, по меньшей мере, часть отделения проводят по гравитационному способу.5. Способ по п.1, где смесь содержит фермент, способный обеспечить конверсию целлюлозы в сахара.6. Способ по п.1 или 5, где смесь получают из исходного сырья на основе биомассы, а стадии нагревания смеси предшествует стадия обработки водяным паром, проводимая для исходного сырья на основе биомассы.7. Способ по п.6, где нагревание смеси проводят после, по меньшей мере, частичного гидролиза биомассы с образованием сахаров.8. Способ по п.7, где стадию нагревания смеси проводят после конверсии, по меньшей мере, частично гидролизованной биомассы с образованием спирта.9. Способ по п.1 или 5, где часть стадии нагревания смеси проводят в виде части стадии перегонки для отделения спирта от воды.10. Способ по п.1 или 5, где значение рН смеси больше чем 7,0.11. Способ по п.1 или 5, где значение рН смеси больше чем 3,5.12. Способ по п.1 или 5, где критическая температура находится в диапазоне от 45°С до 98°С.13. Способ по п.1 или 5, где критическая температура находится в диапазоне, имеющем верхнюю температуру и нижнюю температуру, и верхняя температура составляет 97°С, а нижняя температура составляет 60°С.14. Claims (15)
1. Способ отделения лигнина от водной смеси, включающий стадии:
a) нагревания смеси до температуры больше, чем критическая температура,
b) отделения лигнина от смеси при температуре отделения, которая равна критической температуре или превышает ее.
2. Способ по п.1, где, по меньшей мере, часть отделения проводят в результате центрифугирования.
3. Способ по п.1, где, по меньшей мере, часть отделения проводят в результате фильтрования.
4. Способ по п.1, где, по меньшей мере, часть отделения проводят по гравитационному способу.
5. Способ по п.1, где смесь содержит фермент, способный обеспечить конверсию целлюлозы в сахара.
6. Способ по п.1 или 5, где смесь получают из исходного сырья на основе биомассы, а стадии нагревания смеси предшествует стадия обработки водяным паром, проводимая для исходного сырья на основе биомассы.
7. Способ по п.6, где нагревание смеси проводят после, по меньшей мере, частичного гидролиза биомассы с образованием сахаров.
8. Способ по п.7, где стадию нагревания смеси проводят после конверсии, по меньшей мере, частично гидролизованной биомассы с образованием спирта.
9. Способ по п.1 или 5, где часть стадии нагревания смеси проводят в виде части стадии перегонки для отделения спирта от воды.
10. Способ по п.1 или 5, где значение рН смеси больше чем 7,0.
11. Способ по п.1 или 5, где значение рН смеси больше чем 3,5.
12. Способ по п.1 или 5, где критическая температура находится в диапазоне от 45°С до 98°С.
13. Способ по п.1 или 5, где критическая температура находится в диапазоне, имеющем верхнюю температуру и нижнюю температуру, и верхняя температура составляет 97°С, а нижняя температура составляет 60°С.
14. Способ по п.13, где нижняя температура составляет 70°С, а верхняя температура составляет 97°С.
15. Способ по п.13, где нижняя температура диапазона составляет 74°С.
