Abstract
Энергосберегающая система горячего паро- и водоснабжения, содержащая трубопровод холодной воды, электромагнитный клапан автоматической подачи воды, пароводонагреватель, включающий емкость нагрева воды и образования насыщенного пара, механический сепаратор, съемную секцию перегрева пара, расположенные в едином теплоизолированном корпусе, трубопровод отбора теплоносителя, и использующий в качестве нагревательных элементов трубчатые электронагреватели, одновременно снабженный контрольно-измерительной аппаратурой, предохранительной и запорной арматурой, а также элементами автоматического управления, отличающаяся тем, что система содержит электрический аккумуляционный водонагреватель, включающий металлический корпус с теплоизоляцией, обеспечивающей скорость остывания воды, нагретой до 80°С в аккумуляционном водонагревателе не более 1°С/ч, блок электрических нагревателей, датчик температуры, верхний патрубок, при этом аккумуляционный водонагреватель соединен с пароводо-нагревателем через верхний патрубок трубопроводом, с установленными на нем при помощи тройника вентилем отбора горячей воды и электромагнитным клапаном подпитки водой пароводонагревателя, причем в трубопровод холодной воды между электромагнитным клапаном автоматической подачи воды и аккумуляционным водонагревателем установлены с помощью крестовины обратный клапан, предохранительный клапан, сливная пробка и боковой патрубок.An energy-saving hot steam and water supply system containing a cold water pipe, an automatic water supply solenoid valve, a steam heater including a tank for heating water and generating saturated steam, a mechanical separator, a removable steam superheat section located in a single heat-insulated casing, a heat transfer pipe, and using as heating elements, tubular electric heaters, simultaneously equipped with instrumentation, are fuse th and shutoff valves, as well as automatic control elements, characterized in that the system comprises an electric storage water heater, including a metal casing with thermal insulation, providing a cooling rate of water heated to 80 ° C in the storage water heater not more than 1 ° C / h, electric heaters, temperature sensor, upper pipe, while the storage water heater is connected to the steam heater through the upper pipe pipe, with installed on it using triple a hot water bleed valve and a solenoid valve for replenishing the water in the steam heater; moreover, a check valve, a safety valve, a drain plug and a side pipe are installed with a cross in the cold water pipeline between the solenoid valve of the automatic water supply and the storage water heater.
