Флегматизированное взрывчатое вещество по п.1, отличающееся тем, что флегматизатор состоит из полиэтиленового воска марки ПВ-200 и стеарина марок Т-3, или Т-10, или Т-18.3. Флегматизированное взрывчатое вещество по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в качестве пластификатора содержит ДОА (ди-(2-этилгексил)-адипинат).4. Флегматизированное взрывчатое вещество по п.1, отличающееся тем, что соотношение пластификатора с флегматизатором составляет от 1:3 до 1:6.5. Способ сухой флегматизации взрывчатого вещества, заключающийся в создании кипящего слоя взрывчатого вещества с подачей в него расплавленного флегматизатора, отличающийся тем, что флегматизацию осуществляют вибросмешением при нагреве одновременно всех загруженных компонентов до расплавления флегматизатора с последующим охлаждением флегматизированного взрывчатого вещества до температуры 20-60°С.6. Способ сухой флегматизации взрывчатого вещества по п.5, отличающийся тем, что кипящий слой образуют в вибросмесителе, совершающем круговые колебания с амплитудой от 1,8 до 3,0 мм и частотой от 20 до 40 Гц.1.
