Abstract
1. Сталь для экструзионной оснастки, характеризующаяся композицией составляющих сплав элементов, которая содержит, в % мас.: 0,40-0,60 углерода, менее 1,0 кремния, менее 0,030 фосфора, 2,5-4,5 хрома, 0,5-0,7 молибдена, 0,10-1,0 ванадия, менее 1,0 марганца, 0,1-1,0 алюминия, причем остальное состоит из Fe и неизбежных добавок.2. Сталь по п.1, характеризующаяся тем, что молибден, заменен вольфрамом в соотношении 1 Мо=2 W.3. Сталь по п.1, характеризующаяся тем, что ванадий, заменен ниобием или титаном в соотношении 1 V=2 Nb или 1 Ti.4. Сталь по п.1, характеризующаяся тем, что она используется в формах, фильерах и обычно используемой оснастке для формования твердых и жидких материалов при комнатной температуре или при температурах меньше чем 1300°С.5. Сталь по п.1, характеризующаяся тем, что она используется в оснастке для формования металлов при температурах в интервале 300-1300°С, для штамповки, экструзии или отливки черных или цветных сплавов.6. Сталь по п.1, характеризующаяся тем, что она используется в оснастке для горячей экструзии цветных сплавов, в частности, алюминиевых сплавов, и в фильерах для экструзии твердых форм или экструзии труб.7.
