Abstract
1. Керамический продукт, полученный из смеси натуральных и/или синтетических неорганических неметаллических исходных материалов, по меньшей мере одного связующего и необязательно дополнительных добавок, причем смесь содержитa) по меньшей мере, 10 мас.% (в расчете на массу всех твердых веществ смеси) оксидных компонентов,b) от 0,05 до 2,7 мас.% (в расчете на массу всех твердых веществ смеси), по меньшей мере одного связующего на органической основе, которое оказывает пластифицирующее воздействие на смесь, иc) от 3 до 10 мас.% (в расчете на массу всех твердых веществ смеси)водосодержащей дисперсионной среды,и керамический продукт после использования при температурах, больших, чем 600°С, содержит менее чем 0,1 мас.% (в расчете на общую массу керамического продукта) углерода.2. Керамический продукт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что соотношение между количествами оксидных компонентов и неоксидных компонентов смеси находится в диапазоне от 80: 20 до 50: 50.3. Керамический продукт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что оксидные компоненты выбраны из ряда АО, MgO, MgAlO, CaO, ZrO, СrO, СеO, YOи ТiOи содержащих их натуральных и/или синтетических исходных материалов.4. Керамический продукт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что неоксидные компоненты выбраны из SiC, SiN, BN и ВС.5. Керамический продукт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что связующее на органической основе выбрано из синтетически полученных связующих, таких как фенольныс смолы, эпоксидные смолы, фурановые смолы, аминовые смолы, алкидные смолы, резорциновые смолы и водные дисперсии новолаков, резолов и/или эпоксидных смол, акрилатные дисперсии и полиуретановые дисперсии, а связующее, полученное из натуральных материалов, получено и
Claims (12)
1. Керамический продукт, полученный из смеси натуральных и/или синтетических неорганических неметаллических исходных материалов, по меньшей мере одного связующего и необязательно дополнительных добавок, причем смесь содержит
a) по меньшей мере, 10 мас.% (в расчете на массу всех твердых веществ смеси) оксидных компонентов,
b) от 0,05 до 2,7 мас.% (в расчете на массу всех твердых веществ смеси), по меньшей мере одного связующего на органической основе, которое оказывает пластифицирующее воздействие на смесь, и
c) от 3 до 10 мас.% (в расчете на массу всех твердых веществ смеси)
водосодержащей дисперсионной среды,
и керамический продукт после использования при температурах, больших, чем 600°С, содержит менее чем 0,1 мас.% (в расчете на общую массу керамического продукта) углерода.
2. Керамический продукт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что соотношение между количествами оксидных компонентов и неоксидных компонентов смеси находится в диапазоне от 80: 20 до 50: 50.
3. Керамический продукт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что оксидные компоненты выбраны из ряда А2О3, MgO, MgAl2O4, CaO, ZrO2, Сr2O3, СеO2, Y2O2 и ТiO2 и содержащих их натуральных и/или синтетических исходных материалов.
4. Керамический продукт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что неоксидные компоненты выбраны из SiC, Si3N4, BN и В4С.
5. Керамический продукт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что связующее на органической основе выбрано из синтетически полученных связующих, таких как фенольныс смолы, эпоксидные смолы, фурановые смолы, аминовые смолы, алкидные смолы, резорциновые смолы и водные дисперсии новолаков, резолов и/или эпоксидных смол, акрилатные дисперсии и полиуретановые дисперсии, а связующее, полученное из натуральных материалов, получено из таких материалов, как сахар, глюкоза, полисахариды, лигнины и/или таннины.
6. Керамический продукт по п.5, отличающийся тем, что связующее на органической основе представляет собой водную фенольную смолу.
7. Керамический продукт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что смесь содержит отвердитель в качестве дополнительной добавки.
8. Керамический продукт по п.7, отличающийся тем, что отвердитель выбран из группы, состоящей из сложных эфиров, кислот и аминов.
9. Керамический продукт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что продукт представляет собой формованное огнеупорное изделие.
10. Керамический продукт по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что формование продукта осуществлено во время использования.
11. Применение керамического продукта по любому из предшествующих пунктов в аппаратах в металлургической промышленности.
12. Способ получения керамического продукта по п.9 или 10, включающий следующие стадии:
a) получение гомогенной смеси;
b) формование смеси и высушивание и/или отверждение ее при температуре выше, чем 15°С и
c) необязательно удаление из формы и дополнительные высушивание и/или отверждение при температуре выше, чем 50°С.
