Abstract
Трансформатор трехфазный высоковольтный с системой жидкостного охлаждения, содержащий магнитопровод, размещенный между радиаторами, выполненными с окнами воздуховода и соединенными крепежными элементами, и состоящий из зажатых двумя параллельными ярмами равноудаленных стержней, каждый из которых охвачен одним или более катушечными блоками, первичная обмотка которых выполнена с зазорами между витками, заполненными изоляторами, отличающийся тем, что первичные обмотки катушечных блоков выполнены трубкой прямоугольного сечения, установленной на малое ребро, с изоляцией внешней и внутренней поверхностей, а в качестве изоляторов между витками использованы шайбы с разрезами, при этом входы и выходы первичных обмоток через резьбовые втулки последовательно соединены посредством трубопроводов соответственно с электроизоляционными развязками, разветвителями, входным и выходным фланцами - штуцерами.A three-phase high-voltage transformer with a liquid cooling system, comprising a magnetic circuit located between radiators made with duct windows and connected by fasteners, and consisting of two equally parallel rods clamped by two parallel yokes, each of which is covered by one or more coil blocks, the primary winding of which is made with gaps between turns filled with insulators, characterized in that the primary windings of the coil blocks are made of a rectangular tube, mouth sealed on a small rib, with insulation of the external and internal surfaces, and washers with cuts were used as insulators between the turns, while the inputs and outputs of the primary windings through threaded sleeves are connected in series through pipelines, respectively, with electrical isolation, couplers, input and output flanges - fittings .
