Abstract
1. Способ контроля и управления непрерывной термообработкой металлических заготовок, включающий непрерывный контроль характеристик процесса непрерывной термообработки, отличающийся тем, что в качестве контрольной характеристики процесса используют значение удельных энергозатрат, выполняют сравнение наблюдаемых удельных энергозатрат с энергозатратами, полученными из предварительно установленных регрессионных зависимостей механических свойств от удельных энергозатрат, обеспечивающими достижение необходимых механических свойств, и затем регулируют режим термообработки таким образом, чтобы значения удельных энергозатрат попадали в допустимый интервал энергозатрат, что обеспечивает попадание свойств в регламентируемые интервалы.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве метода термообработки принята непрерывная индукционная термообработка.3.
