Abstract
Способ получения керамического материала, включающий приготовление керамического порошка, содержащего оксиды алюминия и кремния, его формование и спекание, отличающийся тем, что керамический порошок получают соосаждением растворов гидролизованного тетраэтоксисилана, хлорида алюминия и золя оксида циркония с последующей термообработкой и измельчением, при этом порошок дополнительно содержит оксид циркония при следующем соотношении компонентов в мас.%: оксидов алюминия и кремния - 80-95, в молярном соотношении 3:2 в виде преимущественно микрокристаллического муллита, и оксида циркония - 5-20, а спекание проводят при температуре 1670-1750°С.A method of obtaining a ceramic material, including the preparation of a ceramic powder containing aluminum and silicon oxides, its molding and sintering, characterized in that the ceramic powder is obtained by coprecipitation of solutions of hydrolyzed tetraethoxysilane, aluminum chloride and zirconium oxide sol, followed by heat treatment and grinding, the powder additionally contains zirconium oxide in the following ratio of components in wt.%: aluminum and silicon oxides - 80-95, in a molar ratio of 3: 2 in the form of mainly m of crystalline mullite, and zirconium oxide - 5-20, and sintering is carried out at a temperature of 1670-1750 ° C.
