Пиротехнический состав для воздействия на переохлажденные облака, содержащий термическую основу, включающую окислитель - перхлорат аммония и в качестве горючего связующего фенолформальдегидную смолу, льдообразующий йодид серебра и активаторы его возгонки йодиды меди и аммония, мелкодисперсный углерод, пламегасящую и технологические добавки, отличающийся тем, что термическая основа дополнительно включает металлическое горючее - порошок алюминиево-магниевого сплава и катализатор разложения окислителя оксид марганца (IV), а в качестве пламегасящих и технологических добавок он включает тиокол, уротропин, дибутилфталат и эпоксидно-диановую смолу, при этом компоненты содержатся в следующем соотношении, мас.%:Pyrotechnic composition for exposure to supercooled clouds, containing a thermal base, including an oxidizing agent - ammonium perchlorate and a phenol formaldehyde resin as a binder, ice-forming silver iodide and its sublimation activators, copper and ammonium iodides, finely dispersed carbon, flame-retardant and technological additives, characterized in that the base further includes metallic fuel - aluminum-magnesium alloy powder and an oxidizing agent decomposition catalyst manganese (IV) oxide, and as it lamegasyaschih and processing aids include thiokol, methenamine, dibutyl phthalate, and epoxy-diane resin, wherein the components are contained in the following ratio, wt.%:
