Abstract
1. Шариковый катализатор для гидроочистки нефтяных фракций, состоящий из носителя - оксида алюминия, активных компонентов - соединений молибдена, никеля или кобальта в виде оксидов и/или сульфидов и, возможно, дополнительно цеолита Y в водородной форме, представляющий собой гранулы сферической или эллиптической формы, отличающийся тем, что гранулы катализатора имеют насыпную плотность от 0,40 до 0,50 г/мл и объемом пор не менее 1,2 мл/г.2. Способ приготовления катализатора для гидроочистки нефтяных фракций по п.1, состоящего из носителя - оксида алюминия и активных компонентов - соединений молибдена, никеля или кобальта и возможно цеолита Y в водородной форме, включающий пептизацию исходного порошка источника оксида алюминия водным раствором органической кислоты с получением псевдозоля, формовку в растворе аммиака, сушку и прокаливание носителя с последующем введением в него активных компонентов и, возможно - цеолита Y в водородной форме, сушку и прокаливание катализатора, отличающийся тем, что в качестве исходного материала используют слабоокристаллизованный псевдобемит, а грануляцию осуществляют методом капельной формовки при соотношении твердое: жидкое в псевдозоле не менее 1:2 и значении рН аммиачного раствора не менее 11,0.3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что для пептизации используют водные растворы уксусной, щавелевой, лимонной кислоты с концентрацией 1-15%.4. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что цеолит Y вводят в состав катализатора в смеси с псевдобемитом.1. The method according to claim 2, characterized in that for peptization using aqueous solutions of acetic, oxalic, citric acid with a concentration of 1-15%. The method according to claim 2, characterized in that zeolite Y is introduced into the composition of the catalyst in a mixture with pseudoboehmite.
