Abstract
1. Щебеночно-мастичная асфальтобетонная смесь, включающая щебень, песок из отсевов дробления, минеральный порошок, битум и композиционный материал «УНИРЕМ-001», отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит волокнистую добавку и адгезионную азотсодержащую добавку при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:2. Способ получения щебеночно-мастичной асфальтобетонной смеси,включающий введение в асфальтосмеситель щебеночных и песчаных фракций минеральных материалов с t=150-195°C и перемешивание, введение ненагретого минерального порошка и перемешивание, введение битума с t=110-165°C и перемешивание, введение композиционного материала «УНИРЕМ-001» и перемешивание, отличающийся тем, что после введения минерального порошка и перемешивания вводится смесь композиционного материала «УНИРЕМ-001» и волокнистой добавки в соотношении композиционный материал «УНИРЕМ-001» - 30-70% по объему, волокнистая добавка - 70-30% по объему, при этом смесь «УНИРЕМ-001» и волокнистой добавки получается после введения их раздельно в разделенный на две части приемный бункер линии гранулированных добавок и перемешивания в процессе транспортирования по винтовому конвейеру, а в битум до его подачи в асфальтосмеситель вводится и однородно распределяется в нем адгезионная азотсодержащая добавка.1.
