1. Способ выделения биологически активных компонентов из свежесобранных растений, включающий измельчение травянистого сырья, экстракцию биологически активных веществ в среде, содержащей раствор двуокиси углерода, отжим и последующую фильтрацию, отличающийся тем, что измельчение растительного сырья для получения гомогената проводят в растворе, содержащем минеральные добавки и двуокись углерода в концентрации 0,30-0,4 кг/100 Да, способствующей сохранению биологически активных компонентов растительных клеток в нативном состоянии, при этом свежесобранное сырье погружают в блендер, заливают раствором, состав которого выбирают из группы, состоящей из: а) вода, минеральные добавки и двуокись углерода, в) по меньшей мере, один тип природной минеральной воды и двуокись углерода, где измельчение растительного материала и отделение содержимого листьев от проводящих пучков проводят при температуре 1-5°С в течение 20-30 мин. !2.
