Способ количественного определения флавоноидов в растительном сырье флуориметрическим методом включает исчерпывающую экстракцию растительного сырья спиртом этиловым, оптимальной для каждого вида сырья концентрации, получение спиртового извлечения, содержащего флавоноиды, добавление к извлечению спиртового раствора алюминия хлорида и флуориметрирование полученного раствора относительно спиртового раствора алюминия хлорида в сравнении со стандартными растворами индивидуальных флавоноидов (рутин, кверцетин), обработанных в тех же условиях, что и извлечение из сырья. The method for the quantitative determination of flavonoids in plant materials by the fluorimetric method includes exhaustive extraction of plant materials with ethyl alcohol, the concentration optimal for each type of raw materials, obtaining alcohol extraction containing flavonoids, adding aluminum chloride to the alcohol extraction and fluorimetricizing the resulting solution relative to the aluminum chloride aluminum solution in comparison with standard solutions of individual flavonoids (rutin, quercetin), processed in those conditions as the extraction of raw materials.
