Способ контроля технологических параметров электролита алюминиевого электролизера, включающий измерение силы тока и расчет технологических параметров, отличающийся тем, что измерение значения силы тока Iэ, а также уровня электролита lэ осуществляют при помощи изолированного пробойника автоматизированной системы питания глиноземом, а в качестве технологических параметров рассчитывают электрическое сопротивление слоя электролита Rэ и криолитовое соотношение по формуле ! ! где N - частотный калибровочный коэффициент; ! Rэ - расчетное электрическое сопротивление измеренного слоя электролита; ! U - фиксированное напряжение, 24 В; ! S - площадь контакта пробойника с электролитом; ! lэ - измеренный уровень электролита; ! Iэ - измеренное значения силы тока Iэ. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что измерение значения силы тока Iэ проводится при касании наконечником пробойника электролита. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что измеренное при помощи пробойника значение силы тока Iэ определяют по максимальному значению амплитуды. 1.
