Abstract
1. Композитный строительный картон, содержащий: ! верхний и нижний маты, сформированные из нетканых, произвольно выровненных стеклянных волокон, удерживаемых вместе, связующим, причем маты являются пористыми и имеют внутренние и внешние поверхности; ! термопластическое предварительное покрытие, нанесенное на произвольно выровненные стеклянные волокна верхнего и нижнего матов; ! верхний и нижний слои плотной суспензии, покрывающие и пропитывающие верхний и нижний маты соответственно, посредством чего внешняя поверхность каждого мата по существу покрыта суспензией, ! пограничный слой суспензии, представляющий собой суспензию, покрывающую внешнюю поверхность каждого мата, имеющий толщину около 0,01-2,0 мм, причем верхний и нижний слои плотной суспензии содержат полимерную добавку, которая повышает прочность композитного картона и образую связь с термопластическим предварительным покрытием; ! средний слой суспензии, находящийся между верхним и нижним слоями плотной суспензии и связанный с ними, который имеет меньшую плотность, чем плотность верхнего и нижнего слоев плотной суспензии, и включает полимерную добавку, которая образует связь с полимерной добавкой верхнего и нижнего слоев суспензии и термопластическим предварительным покрытием; ! нанесенное из расплава термопластическое покрытие с точкой плавления 100-500°F механически присоединенное к пограничному слою суспензии и связанное поперечными химическими связями с полимерной добавкой верхнего, нижнего и среднего слоев суспензии и термопластическим предварительным покрытием для образования композитной полимерной матрицы, причем термопластичес�
Claims (34)
1. Композитный строительный картон, содержащий:
верхний и нижний маты, сформированные из нетканых, произвольно выровненных стеклянных волокон, удерживаемых вместе, связующим, причем маты являются пористыми и имеют внутренние и внешние поверхности;
термопластическое предварительное покрытие, нанесенное на произвольно выровненные стеклянные волокна верхнего и нижнего матов;
верхний и нижний слои плотной суспензии, покрывающие и пропитывающие верхний и нижний маты соответственно, посредством чего внешняя поверхность каждого мата по существу покрыта суспензией,
пограничный слой суспензии, представляющий собой суспензию, покрывающую внешнюю поверхность каждого мата, имеющий толщину около 0,01-2,0 мм, причем верхний и нижний слои плотной суспензии содержат полимерную добавку, которая повышает прочность композитного картона и образую связь с термопластическим предварительным покрытием;
средний слой суспензии, находящийся между верхним и нижним слоями плотной суспензии и связанный с ними, который имеет меньшую плотность, чем плотность верхнего и нижнего слоев плотной суспензии, и включает полимерную добавку, которая образует связь с полимерной добавкой верхнего и нижнего слоев суспензии и термопластическим предварительным покрытием;
нанесенное из расплава термопластическое покрытие с точкой плавления 100-500°F механически присоединенное к пограничному слою суспензии и связанное поперечными химическими связями с полимерной добавкой верхнего, нижнего и среднего слоев суспензии и термопластическим предварительным покрытием для образования композитной полимерной матрицы, причем термопластическое покрытие имеет толщину 0,01-500 мил.
2. Композитный строительный картон, содержащий:
пористый мат, имеющий внутренние и внешние поверхности;
вяжующий слой суспензии, пропитывающий пористый мат и по существу покрывающий внешнюю поверхность,
пограничный слой, представляющий собой суспензию, по существу покрывающую внешнюю поверхность пористого мата;
полимерное покрытие механически и химически связанное с пограничным слоем и формирующее полимерную матрицу в композитном строительном картоне.
3. Композитный строительный картон по п.2, в котором полимер представляет собой полимер этиленвинилацетата (EVA).
4. Композитный строительный картон по п.2, в котором полимер представляет собой полимер этиленакриловой кислоты (ЕАА).
5. Композитный строительный картон по п.2, в котором полимер является термореактивным.
6. Композитный строительный картон по п.2, в котором полимер является термопластичным.
7. Композитный строительный картон по п.2, в котором полимерное покрытие и пограничный слой связаны поперечными химическими связями с образованием полимерных цепей с высоким молекулярным весом.
8. Композитный строительный картон по п.2, в котором полимерное покрытие охлаждено с образованием внешней поверхности строительного картона с твердостью 50-150 по R шкале твердости Роквелла.
9. Композитный строительный картон по п.2, в котором толщина полимерного покрытия составляет 0,01-500 мил.
10. Композитный строительный картон по п.2, в котором мат сформирован из нетканых, произвольно выровненных стеклянных волокон, удерживаемых вместе связующей смолой.
11. Композитный строительный картон по п.2, в котором пористый мат включает термопластическое покрытие.
12. Композитный строительный картон по п.2, в котором полимерное покрытие представляет собой нанесенное из расплава термопластическое покрытие с точкой плавления около 100-500°F.
13. Композитный строительный картон содержащий:
по меньшей мере, один вяжущий слой суспензии, имеющий внешнюю поверхность, который улучшен полимером;
термопластическое покрытие химически связанное с вяжущим слоем, посредством чего сформирована полимерная матрица в композитном строительном картоне.

пористый мат, содержащий ряд отдельных волокон, удерживаемых вместе нанесенным из расплава термопластическим связующим, который погружен во второй слой суспензии, посредством чего внешняя поверхность мата по существу покрыта суспензией гипса, создавая таким образом пограничный слой гипса;
поверхностный слой нанесенного из расплава термопластического полимера, перекрывающий пограничный слой;
силановое связующее, которое облегчает связь между отдельными волокнами, отдельными волокнами и термопластическим связующим, отдельными волокнами и первым и вторым слоями суспензии, поверхностным слоем и пограничным слоем и поверхностным слоем и первым и вторым слоями суспензии.
