Abstract
1. Способ получения цеолита типа A, в котором смешивают каолин со связующим - огнеупорной глиной, мольное отношение диоксида кремния которой к оксиду алюминия больше такого же показателя для каолина, перемешивают, сухую смесь увлажняют водным раствором пластификатора, увлажненную смесь перемешивают до получения пластической однородной массы, формуют в гранулы, гранулы сушат, проводят их термоактивацию, подвергают процессу гидротермальной кристаллизации в щелочном растворе, после кристаллизации гранулы отмывают от щелочи, проводят их сушку и прокаливание, отличающийся тем, что после подготовки сухой смеси исходных компонентов ее дополнительно подвергают измельчению в течение 0,25-1,0 ч до и/или после ее увлажнения, при этом доля частиц с размерами не более 5 мкм в полученной после измельчения смеси составляет не менее 42%. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что исходные компоненты берут с размером частиц не более 5 мкм, доля которых в общей массе частиц составляет для каолина не менее 40%, для глины не менее 30%. 1.
