Abstract

Способ селекции на повышение мясооткормочных качеств молодняка свиней, отличающийся тем, что оценка животных осуществляется с использованием ДНК-маркирования на основании результатов ПЦР-ПДРФ анализа и выявления полиморфных вариантов гена IGF-2, а именно хряков и ремонтных хрячков с генотипами Qq и QQ, их отбора и закрепления за свиноматками.A selection method for improving the meat and feed quality of young pigs, characterized in that the animals are evaluated using DNA labeling based on the results of PCR-RFLP analysis and identification of polymorphic variants of the IGF-2 gene, namely, boars and repair boars with Qq and QQ genotypes, their selection and fixing for sows.

Способ селекции на повышение мясооткормочных качеств молодняка свиней, отличающийся тем, что оценка животных осуществляется с использованием ДНК-маркирования на основании результатов ПЦР-ПДРФ анализа и выявления полиморфных вариантов гена IGF-2, а именно хряков и ремонтных хрячков с генотипами Qq и QQ, их отбора и закрепления за свиноматками.
