Abstract
1. Способ обработки алмазосодержащих концентратов липкостной сепарации, включающий удаление липкого состава, обработку концентрата реагентами, отмывку горячей водой, отличающийся тем, что обработку концентрата проводят эмульсией на основе солярового масла и ПАВ с последующей обработкой дополнительным реагентом, после отмывки горячей водой проводят высокотемпературную обработку, а обработку дополнительным реагентом проводят отмывкой раствором этого же ПАВ.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве эмульсии на основе солярового масла и ПАВ используют эмульсию, содержащую, об.ч.: 10 ч. солярового масла и 1 ч. 30%-ного раствора ПАВ.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что используют эмульсию, дополнительно содержащую 0,5 об.ч. щелочного продукта электролиза воды с pH>10.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве ПАВ используют моющее средство, в котором массовая доля силикатов в пересчете на SiOсоставляет не менее 3%, общая щелочность в пересчете на NaO составляет не менее 36,0%, показатель концентрации водородных ионов, единиц рН, составляет не менее 10,5, а массовая доля спирторастворимых веществ не менее 1,5%. 1. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that a detergent is used as a surfactant, in which the mass fraction of silicates in terms of SiO is at least 3%, the total alkalinity in terms of NaO is at least 36.0%, the concentration of hydrogen ions, pH units is at least 10.5, and the mass fraction of alcohol-soluble substances is at least 1.5%.
