Способ диагностирования относительного положения и жесткости модулей оборудования и оснастки в расточных операциях по показателям точности обработанных деталей, включающий обработку заготовки и измерение ее профиля в двух поперечных сечениях, отличающийся тем, что до обработки измеряют в двух удаленных друг от друга поперечных сечениях значения размера и профиля базовых и обрабатываемых поверхностей заготовки, при закреплении заготовки на станке фиксируют положение точек измерений относительно зажимных элементов оснастки, а также фактические параметры процесса резания, а обработанную поверхность измеряют в тех же точках и от тех же измерительных баз, что и заготовку.A method for diagnosing the relative position and stiffness of equipment and tooling modules in boring operations according to the accuracy indicators of the machined parts, including processing the workpiece and measuring its profile in two cross sections, characterized in that before processing, the values of size and profile are measured in two cross sections remote from each other the base and machined surfaces of the workpiece, when fixing the workpiece on the machine, fix the position of the measurement points relative to the clamping elements of the equipment, as well as actual parameters of the cutting process, and the machined surface is measured at the same points and from the same measuring bases as the workpiece.
