Abstract
1. Способ зажигания электрического разряда между жидким электролитом и твердотельным электродом, заключающийся в подаче рабочего напряжения на токоподвод жидкого электролита и твердотельный электрод и образовании в разрядном промежутке паро-плазменного сгустка из электропроводящего вещества под воздействием электрического тока, отличающийся тем, что электропроводящее вещество вводится в разрядный промежуток в жидкой фазе на поверхность диэлектрика из огнеупорного материала.2. Устройство для осуществления способа, содержащее твердотельный токоподвод, пористое диэлектрическое тело, жидкий электролит, твердотельный анод и гидросистему для циркуляции электролита, отличающееся тем, что между твердотельным электродом и пористым диэлектрическим телом установлена снабженная металлическим или графитовым штифтом межэлектродная вставка из огнеупорного материала так, что она одним своим краем впритык приложена к поверхности твердотельного электрода, и при этом между ее штифтом и боковой поверхностью пористого диэлектрического тела образован зазор в пределах 1±0,25 мм.1.
