1. Способ генерирования потока газа для искусственной вентиляции легких, включающий нагнетание потока газа в магистраль пациента и его удаление из этой магистрали, отличающийся тем, что нагнетание и удаление потока газа из магистрали пациента осуществляют посредством создания бистабильного вихревого потока, частоту вращения которого выбирают экспериментально из условия создания давления и разряжения, не превышающего допустимое.2. Генератор потока газа аппарата искусственной вентиляции легких, содержащий привод и коллектор, отличающийся тем, что привод соединен валом с крыльчаткой, расположенной в отверстии в стенке коллектора, причем средняя плоскость вращения крыльчатки совпадает с плоскостью отверстия, а параллельно коллекторной стенки с отверстием установлена вспомогательная стенка перпендикулярно оси вращения крыльчатки на расстояние от крыльчатки, не превышающем половины диаметра крыльчатки.1.
