Abstract
1. Осветительное устройство (100), содержащее:источник (1) тока, имеющий выходные линии (5, 6);основную цепочку (101) светоизлучающих диодов СИД (СИД1, i), расположенных последовательно между выходными линиями (5, 6) источника тока;по меньшей мере, одну вторичную цепочку (102) СИД (СИД2, i), расположенных последовательно между выходными линиями (5, 6) источника тока;и управляемый ограничитель (120) тока, расположенный последовательно с СИД (СИД2, i) вторичной цепочки (102);при этом управляемый ограничитель (120) тока содержит:транзистор (Т2), имеющий контур коллектор-эмиттер, последовательный с СИД (СИД2, i) вторичной цепочки (102);чувствительный по току резистор (R2x), расположенный последовательно с контуром коллектор-эмиттер, включенный между эмиттером транзистора и одной из выходных линий (6) источника тока;операционный усилитель (121), имеющий вывод, соединенный с базой транзистора, имеющий инвертирующий ввод, соединенный с узлом между эмиттером транзистора и чувствительным по току резистором (R2x), и имеющий неинвертирующий ввод, соединенный с опорным уровнем напряжения;причем опорный уровень напряжения обеспечен управляемым генератором (124) импульсов и каскадом (123, 122) импульсного интегратора;а осветительное устройство дополнительно содержит источник напряжения (125, 126, 127) малой мощности для управляемого генератора (124) импульсов, причем источник (125, 126, 127) напряжения малой мощности имеет силовой ввод, соединенный с узлом (А) между двумя соседними СИД (СИД1, i; СИД1, i+1) основной цепочки (101).2.
