Способ реконструкции здания, заключающийся в расширении и повышении этажности, включающий устройство с каждой стороны здания пилонов с опорой на фундамент, отличающийся тем, что надстройку одного и более этажей над базовым зданием осуществляют с устройством рядом с существующим зданием, со стороны лестничных клеток, на всю высоту надстроенного здания ризалитов, содержащих мусоропровод и шахты лифтов, соединенных с реконструируемым зданием посредством лифтовых холлов на уровне межэтажных площадок лестничной клетки, при этом ризалит монтируется на собственном фундаменте.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что содержит лоджии, выполненные с одной или двух сторон от лифтовой пристройки на уровне пола смежной кухни и соединенной с ней посредством дверного проема.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что содержит эркеры, выполненные с одной или двух сторон от лифтовой пристройки и соединенные со смежными кухнями посредством проема в наружной стене.4.
