Abstract
1. Композиция для местного наружного применения, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве действующего вещества в композиции использована синтетическая липоевая кислота.2. Примененение композиции по п.1 в качестве средства, обладающего противовоспалительной, анальгетической, антиревматоидной и антибактериальной активностью для лечения воспалительных заболеваний кожи и суставов, для профилактики и лечения ожогов.3 Композиция для местного наружного применения по пп.1, 2 в виде гели, состоящая из из любого фармацевтически приемлемого наполнителя.4. Композиция для местного наружного применения по пп.1, 2, отличающаяся тем, что что она содержит синтетическую липоевую кислоту; спирт этиловый 95%; 1,2-пропиленгликоля, полиакриловую кислоту, триэтаноламин, воду очищенную при оптимальном соотношении ингредиентов, мас.%:5. Способ получения композиции для местного наружного применения по п.1, 2, 3, 4, отличающийся тем, что липоевую кислоту растворяют при перемешивании в смеси спирта этилового и пропиленгликоля в определенных соотношениях, одновременно полиакриловую кислоту диспергируют в рассчитанном количестве воды и после 3-часового набухания к полученному раствору добавляют растворенную в смеси спирта и пропиленгликоля липоевую кислоту и тщательно перемешивают, затем полученную композицию нейтрализуют раствором триэтаноламина до pH 5,5-6,5 и перемешивают до образования прозрачной гелеобразной массы светло-желтого цвета.1.
