Abstract
1. Порошковая композиция для покрытий на ее основе, включающая эпоксидную смолу, отвердитель, агент розлива, дегазирующий агент, отличающаяся тем, что композиция дополнительно содержит алюмосиликатные наночастицы, антикратерную добавку при следующем соотношении указанных компонентов, мас.ч.: ! эпоксидная смола 96,7-90,3 алюмосиликатные наночастицы 0,5-5 отвердитель дициандиамид 1,3-2,5 агент розлива 0,6-0,9 антикратерная добавка 0,4-0,6 дегазирующий агент 0,5-0,7 ! 2. Порошковая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве алюмосиликатных наночастиц используют природный монтмориллонит, модифицированный четвертичной аммониевой солью следующего строения, [(HT)2N(CH3)2]+Cl-, где HT - дегидрированное талловое масло, при следующем соотношении указанных компонентов, мас.ч.: ! эпоксидная смола 96,7-94,3 алюмосиликатные наночастицы 0,5-1 отвердитель дициандиамид 1,3-2,5 агент розлива 0,6-0,9 антикратерная добавка 0,4-0,6 дегазирующий агент 0,5-0,7 ! 3. Порошковая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве алюмосиликатных наночастиц используют галлуазит при следующем соотношении указанных компонентов, мас.ч.: ! эпоксидная смола 94,2-90,3 алюмосиликатные наночастицы 3-5 отвердитель дициандиамид 1,3-2,5 агент розлива 0,6-0,9 антикратерная добавка 0,4-0,6 дегазирующий агент 0,5-0,7 1.
