Abstract
Вяжущее, включающее алимосиликатный компонент - золу-унос I поля, полученную от сжигания бурого Канско-Ачинского угля на ТЭЦ-7 г. Братска Иркутской области и щелочной компонент - жидкое стекло, изготовленное из многотоннажного отхода производства ферросилиция Братского ферросплавного завода - микрокремнезема, содержащего 4-6 мас.% β-карборунда и 7-9 мас.% графита, с силикатным модулем n=1 и плотностью 1,34-1,39 г/см3, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит комплексную добавку, состоящую из замедлителя схватывания вяжущего - отхода Братского лесопромышленного комплекса - черного сульфатного щелока (ЧСЩ) и интенсификатора твердения вяжущего - портландцемента (ПЦ) марки М400Д20 Ангарского цементного завода, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: ! указанное жидкое стекло 35,7-37,8указанная зола-унос 55,4-57,3 указанный ЧСЩ (в пересчете на сухое вещество) 1,5-1,7 указанный портландцемент 4,9-5,1 A binder containing an alimosilicate component - fly ash of the 1st field, obtained from the combustion of brown Kansk-Achinsk coal at TPP-7 in Bratsk, Irkutsk region, and an alkaline component - liquid glass made from a large-tonnage waste of ferrosilicon production of the Bratsk Ferroalloy Plant - microsilica containing 4 -6 wt.% Β-carborundum and 7-9 wt.% Graphite, with a silicate modulus n = 1 and a density of 1.34-1.39 g / cm3, characterized in that it additionally contains a complex additive consisting of a setting retarder of the binder - waste of the Bratsk timber industry complex - black sulphate liquor (ChSShch) and an intensifier of binder hardening - Portland cement (PC) grade M400D20 of the Angarsk cement plant, with the following ratio of components, wt%:!
