Abstract
1. Порошкообразный, нагруженный жидкостью, крахмальный материал, содержащий твердый носитель, состоящий из предварительно желатинизированного, негранулированного крахмального материала, состоящего из хлопьеобразных частиц крахмала, в котором распределение размеров частиц крахмала таково, что по меньшей мере 50 вес.% частиц крахмала имеет размер частиц от 100 мкм до 375 мкм, а удельная площадь поверхности по БЭТ составляет 0,5 м2/г или менее, и один или более жидких компонентов, адсорбированных в и/или на упомянутом твердом носителе. ! 2. Крахмальный материал по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере 80 вес.% частиц крахмала имеют размер частиц от 100 мкм до 375 мкм. ! 3. Крахмальный материал по п.1 или 2, в котором один или более жидких компонентов, адсорбированных в и/или на твердом носителе, составляют по меньшей мере 20 вес.% от общего веса нагруженных жидкостью частиц крахмала. ! 4. Способ приготовления порошкообразного, нагруженного жидкостью крахмального материала по любому из пп.1-3, включающий стадии: ! (1) получения предварительно желатинизированного, негранулированного крахмального материала, состоящего из хлопьеобразных частиц крахмала, ! (2) загрузки одного или более жидких компонентов в и/или на крахмальный материал, полученный на стадии (1), путем нанесения одного или более жидких компонентов на крахмальный материал при перемешивании. ! 5. Способ по п.4, в котором предварительно желатинизированный, негранулированный крахмальный материал, состоящий из хлопьеобразных частиц крахмала, получают посредством стадий: ! а) смешивания крахмала и воды с получением водной крахмальной суспензии или пасты, ! b) нанесения водной крахмально
Claims (7)
1. Порошкообразный, нагруженный жидкостью, крахмальный материал, содержащий твердый носитель, состоящий из предварительно желатинизированного, негранулированного крахмального материала, состоящего из хлопьеобразных частиц крахмала, в котором распределение размеров частиц крахмала таково, что по меньшей мере 50 вес.% частиц крахмала имеет размер частиц от 100 мкм до 375 мкм, а удельная площадь поверхности по БЭТ составляет 0,5 м2/г или менее, и один или более жидких компонентов, адсорбированных в и/или на упомянутом твердом носителе.
2. Крахмальный материал по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере 80 вес.% частиц крахмала имеют размер частиц от 100 мкм до 375 мкм.
3. Крахмальный материал по п.1 или 2, в котором один или более жидких компонентов, адсорбированных в и/или на твердом носителе, составляют по меньшей мере 20 вес.% от общего веса нагруженных жидкостью частиц крахмала.
4. Способ приготовления порошкообразного, нагруженного жидкостью крахмального материала по любому из пп.1-3, включающий стадии:
(1) получения предварительно желатинизированного, негранулированного крахмального материала, состоящего из хлопьеобразных частиц крахмала,
(2) загрузки одного или более жидких компонентов в и/или на крахмальный материал, полученный на стадии (1), путем нанесения одного или более жидких компонентов на крахмальный материал при перемешивании.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором предварительно желатинизированный, негранулированный крахмальный материал, состоящий из хлопьеобразных частиц крахмала, получают посредством стадий:
а) смешивания крахмала и воды с получением водной крахмальной суспензии или пасты,
b) нанесения водной крахмальной суспензии или пасты на нагретые вращающиеся валы или барабаны, для одновременной желатинизации и сушки водной крахмальной суспензии или пасты, с получением высушенной крахмальной пленки,
с) удаления высушенной крахмальной пленки с валов или барабанов,
d) размола удаленной высушенной крахмальной пленки с получением размолотого крахмального материала, и
е) просеивания размолотого крахмального материала с получением предварительно желатинизированного, негранулированного крахмального материала, состоящего из хлопьеобразных частиц крахмала.
6. Способ по п.4 или 5, в котором агенты текучести и/или противослеживающие агенты добавляют к нагруженным жидкостью крахмальным частицам.
7. Применение порошкообразного, нагруженного жидкостью крахмального материала по любому из пп.1-3 для использования в пищевых продуктах и животном корме, фармацевтических продуктах, нутрицевтиках, агрохимикатах, и косметических продуктах и предметах личной гигиены.
