Abstract
Способ переработки отходов обогащения железных руд, включающий классификацию и магнитную сепарацию, отличающийся тем, что отходы обогащения железных руд подвергают магнитной сепарации при напряженности магнитного поля 15-17 тыс.эрстед с получением минералов железа и немагнитной фракции, который обрабатывают гравитационным способом с выделением концентрата благородных, редких, рассеянных, платиновых металлов, полученный концентрат дважды последовательно подвергают гравитационному обогащению, из легкой фракции выделяют в тяжелой суспензии при Δ=3,0 и минералы гранаты и пески, которые классификацией разделяют на фракции (0,5-0,15 мм), (5-0,5 мм) и (0-0,15 мм) и применяют их в производстве строительных материалов в качестве песка и заполнителей бетона.
