Abstract
1. Способ алюминотермитной сварки рельсов при отрицательных температурах окружающей среды и самих рельсов, осуществляемый путём заливки термитного металла в зазор между рельсами, отличающийся от известных тем, что в месте проведения сварочных работ, до их начала, устанавливают специальную палатку из негорючего материала, затем производят подогрев воздуха в палатке и концов рельсов, находящихся в ней, до положительной температуры при помощи специальной горелки, используемой для предварительного подогрева свариваемых концов рельсов и работающей с пониженной мощностью пламени. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что температура в палатке и в частях рельсов, расположенных в палатке, перед технологическим процессом алюминотермитной сварки повышается за счет автономных источников тепла, работающих раздельно, одновременно или совместно с горелкой для подогрева торцов рельсов. ! 3.
