Abstract
1. Способ получения спеченного твердого сплава для изготовления режущего инструмента, согласно которому шихту на основе порошков карбида вольфрама фракциями до 2 мкм и 4-30 мкм, содержащую порошок кобальта, перемешивают с пластификатором с последующим прессованием и спеканием, отличающийся тем, что перемешивание шихты двух разноразмерных по зерну фракций с пластификатором производят раздельно, а затем перемешивают их между собой, при этом шихта фракциями до 2 мкм составляет 20-80% общего объема. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в шихту с размером фракций до 2 мкм дополнительно вводят порошок трехокиси алюминия фракциями до 0,2 мкм. 1.
