Abstract
Устройство для предотвращения образования конденсатных пробок в газопроводе, включающее собственно трубопровод с наклонными участками и соединительное колено с охватывающим каналом, в нижней части соединительного колена выполнен сливной конденсатопровод, расположенный в воронкообразном охватывающем канале и соединенный с наполнительной емкостью, расположенной ниже уровня промерзания грунта, при этом в накопительной емкости размещен трубопровод отвода конденсата, соосно укрепленный в вертикальном охватывающем канале, а на наружных поверхностях наклонных участков трубопровода и соединительного колена выполнены винтообразные канавки, профиль которых имеет вид «ласточкин хвост», отличающееся тем, что соединительное колено выполнено из биметалла, причем материал биметалла со стороны винтообразных канавок имеет коэффициент теплопроводности в 2,0-2,5 раза выше, чем коэффициент теплопроводности материала биметалла с внутренней поверхности соединительного колена.
