Abstract
1. Способ очистки технологических растворов и сточных вод от органических и взвешенных веществ путем обработки коагулянтом и флокулянтом с последующим разделением фаз флотацией, отличающийся тем, что сточная вода на очистку и очищенная вода на гальванопару для приготовление раствора коагулянта подаются в гидроимпульсном режиме с частотой 0,1-2,5 Гц и амплитудой 0,001-0,05 м, причем часть очищенной воды подается на сатуратор, а вода из сатуратора разделяется на два потока, из которых один поток подается на вход во флотационную камеру напорного флотатора, а второй на смешение с приготовленным раствором коагулянта. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что поток воды из сатуратора, подаваемый на смешение с приготовленным раствором коагулянта, составляет 10-50% от общего объема воды из сатуратора. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что сточные воды перед очисткой корректируются до рН среды 7,5-9 ед. 1.
