Abstract

1. Способ лечения хронического пародонтита, включающий удаление зубных отложений, полировку зубов, закрытый кюретаж пародонтальных карманов и фотодинамическую терапию с использованием 1% геля «Фотодитазин», который наносят на воспаленные поверхности слизистой оболочки полости рта и в пародонтальные карманы на 8-10 мин, затем гель смывают и проводят облучение пародонтальных карманов лазерным излучением в непрерывном режиме, отличающийся тем, что удаление зубных отложений проводят путем наддесневой ультразвуковой обработки поверхности зубов, дополнительно проводят поддесневую обработку корней зубов и санацию пародонтальных карманов низкочастотным ультразвуком от аппарата «Вектор» и акупунктуру иглами в точки Е5 (да-ин), Е6 (цзя-чэ), J24 (чэн-цзянь), GI4 (хэ-гу), Е36 (цзу-сан-ли) в течение 15-20 мин, причем первый сеанс курса иглотерапии проводят на следующий день после проведения фотодинамической терапии, а поддесневую обработку корней зубов и санацию пародонтальных карманов низкочастотным ультразвуком от аппарата «Вектор» проводят два раза - первый раз - перед кюретажем пародонтальных карманов, а второй - после окончания курса иглотерапии. ! 2.
