Порошок вентильного металла, отличающийся тем, что отношение суммы примесей натрия, калия и магния к удельной электрической емкости порошка вентильного металла составляет менее 1 млн. доли/10000 мкФВ/г. ! 2. Порошок вентильного металла по п.1, отличающийся тем, что представляет собой ниобиевый или танталовый порошок.

1. Порошок вентильного металла, отличающийся тем, что отношение суммы примесей натрия, калия и магния к удельной электрической емкости порошка вентильного металла составляет менее 1 млн. доли/10000 мкФВ/г.
2. Порошок вентильного металла по п.1, отличающийся тем, что представляет собой ниобиевый или танталовый порошок.
