Способ повышения иммуногенности холодоадаптированной гриппозной вакцины, отличающийся тем, что к вакцине добавляют в качестве адьюванта глютамат хитозония с конечной концентрацией 0,5% или водорастворимые соли хитозония с конечной концентрацией 0,5%, имеющие степень деацетилирования в пределах 66-99% и молекулярную массу в пределах 70-500 кДа, а вакцинацию осуществляют интраназальным способом.
