Abstract
1. Способ изготовления труб со спиральными ребрами, включающий закрутку трубы с наружными продольными ребрами при местном нагреве трубы, отличающийся тем, что за зоной нагрева и скручивания ребристой трубы устанавливают охлаждающую втулку, через которую на наружную поверхность трубы подают инертный газ. ! 2. Способ изготовления труб со спиральными ребрами по п.1, отличающийся тем, что не менее 95% инертного газа, охлаждающего нагретый участок, направляют от очага нагрева, а в сторону нагревателя подается не более 5% общего количества инертного газа. ! 3. Способ изготовления труб со спиральными ребрами по п.1, отличающийся тем, что инертный газ подают и во внутрь трубы. ! 4. Установка для изготовления труб со спиральными ребрами, содержащая: загрузочный желоб, поддерживающий закручиваемую трубу при ее взаимодействии со скручивающей втулкой, установленной в механизме ее поворота, выполненном в виде электромеханического привода, индуктор местного нагрева, расположенный на протягиваемой через него трубе, механизма протягивания трубы, отличающаяся тем, что установка снабжена устройством интенсивного охлаждения нагретого участка трубы, установленным после скручивающей втулки и выполненным в виде втулки с отверстиями, расположенной на наружной поверхности трубы, а также установка снабжена источником инертного газа, соединенного шлангами с охлаждающей втулкой и с оправкой подачи инертного газа во внутрь трубы, соединенной с тянущим патроном, имеющим оправку с осевым отверстием, входящую внутрь трубы. 1. Installation for the manufacture of pipes with spiral ribs, comprising: a loading chute supporting a twisted pipe when it interacts with a twisting sleeve installed in its rotation mechanism, made in the form of an electromechanical drive, a local heating inductor located on the pipe drawn through it, a pulling mechanism pipe, characterized in that the installation is equipped with a device for intensive cooling of the heated pipe section, installed after the twisting sleeve and made in the form of a sleeve with holes, located on the outer surface of the pipe, and the installation is equipped with an inert gas source connected by hoses to the cooling sleeve and with an inert gas supply mandrel into the inside of the pipe connected to a pulling cartridge having a mandrel with an axial hole entering the pipe.
