Способ количественного анализа содержания полисахарида, производимого молочнокислыми бактериями, включающий получение анализируемого раствора и осаждение полисахарида спиртом или ацетоном, отличающийся тем, что для осаждения белков применяют выдерживание раствора в кислой среде при температуре не выше 70-75°С непродолжительное время, осадок полисахарида промывают смесью используемого осадителя и воды, а анализ осадка полисахарида на редуцирующие вещества проводят после полного гидролиза очищенного полисахарида. A method for quantitative analysis of the polysaccharide content produced by lactic acid bacteria, including obtaining the analyzed solution and precipitating the polysaccharide with alcohol or acetone, characterized in that the solution is kept in an acidic medium at a temperature of no higher than 70-75 ° C for a short time, the polysaccharide precipitate is washed with a mixture used precipitant and water, and the analysis of the precipitate of the polysaccharide for reducing substances is carried out after complete hydrolysis of the purified polysaccharide.

Способ количественного анализа содержания полисахарида, производимого молочнокислыми бактериями, включающий получение анализируемого раствора и осаждение полисахарида спиртом или ацетоном, отличающийся тем, что для осаждения белков применяют выдерживание раствора в кислой среде при температуре не выше 70-75°С непродолжительное время, осадок полисахарида промывают смесью используемого осадителя и воды, а анализ осадка полисахарида на редуцирующие вещества проводят после полного гидролиза очищенного полисахарида.
