Abstract
Способ частичной лазерной резекции нижних носовых раковин при хронических ринитах путем воздействия лазерного излучения, отличающийся тем, что частичная резекция свободного края нижней носовой раковины и кавернозных венозных сплетений осуществлялась лазерным излучением на всем ее протяжении от ее переднего конца к заднему в виде маятникообразных движений дистальным торцом световода высокоэнергетического полупроводникового лазера диаметром 0,4 мм с мощностью лазерного излучения 8,5 Вт и длиной волны 0,83 мкм, в непрерывном режиме, длительность лазерного воздействия составляла 30-40 с, процедура выполнялась однократно с двух сторон.
