Abstract
1. Лечебная трехкомпонентная повязка, содержащая обращенный к ране атравматический текстильный слой, содержащий лекарственные средства, и сорбционный слой, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве антисептического средства используется бутол с содержанием в лечебном слое от 0,05 мг/см2 до 1,0 мг/см2, поверх лечебного слоя расположен сменный сорбционный слой, выполненный из нетканого полотна, который фиксируется к лечебному слою и обеспечивает сорбционную способность повязки до 15 г/г, а между лечебным и сорбционным слоями размещена адгезивная рамка для фиксации сменного сорбционного слоя из нетканого полотна толщиной 0,1-0,5 мм и шириной 6,0-10,0 мм, обе поверхности которой покрыты медицинским адгезивным клеем, причем размер внешних сторон рамки равен длине и ширине лечебного слоя. ! 2.
