Abstract
1. Эластомерный материал, выполненный из композиции, включающей каучук, основной наполнитель, серноускорительную вулканизующую систему, активатор вулканизации, стеариновую кислоту, дополнительный наполнитель, специальные добавки и масло, отличающийся тем, что в качестве полимерной основы содержит карбоцепный каучук, в качестве основного наполнителя содержит измельченный минерал шунгит с частицами наноразмеров в пределах 5-60 нм, обеспечивающий повышение прочности материала в несколько раз по сравнению с основным наполнителем микроразмеров, в качестве серноускорительной вулканизующей системы содержит комбинацию ускорителей сульфенамида Ц (N-Циклогексилбензотиазосульфенамида-2) и альтакса (Ди-2-Бензтиазолила)-дисульфида) с соотношением от 3:1 до 2:1, сульфенамида Ц и ДФГ (дифенилгуанидина) с соотношением от 2:1 до 4:1, в качестве активатора вулканизации содержит оксид цинка, в качестве дополнительного наполнителя содержит наполнитель, выбранный из группы: технический углерод, коллоидная кремнекислота, мел, каолин, в качестве специальных добавок содержит добавки, выбранные из группы: канифоль, фталевый ангидрид, дифенам Н (N-нитрозодифеиламин), неозон Д (фенил-β-нафтиламин), сульфид Б (дибензоилсульфид), нитрозан К (N,4-динитрозо-N-метиланилин), бифункциональные органосиланы типа TEPST (бис-3-триэтоксилилпропилтетрасульфид), при следующем содержании компонентов, мас.ч.: !
