Abstract
Устройство очистки воздуха от загазованности и твердых частиц, включающих корпус, диффузор, камеру катализа, конфузор и трубу для выброса очищенного воздуха в атмосферу, фильтры грубой и тонкой очистки, отличающееся тем, что в камере очистки воздуха, имеющей двойное дно с наклоном для стока избыточной влаги и снабженной форсунками для распыления подаваемой воды на мелкодисперсный аэрозоли, установлен фильтр тонкой очистки, выполненный в виде фильтрующих картриджей для очистки воздуха от инородных частиц, ряда картриджей с набором углеродных каталитически активных тканей с различной геометрией вязки, различной проницаемостью и различной каталитической активностью с увлажнением углеродных тканей и картриджей хемосорбционных материалов, выполняющих роль ионно-обменных смол для доочистки и химической сорбции остаточных продуктов катализа, установленных в определенном последовательном порядке с расстоянием между ними от 35 до 50 мм в зависимости от вида фильтрующего материала и имеющие зазоры между собой, относящиеся к толщине каждого последующего картриджа не менее чем 2:1 для уменьшения температуры очистки.
