Abstract
1. Способ переработки ванадийсодержащего сырья, включающий подготовку сырья, окисление его в водной пульпе, выщелачивание кислотой и сорбцию ванадия из пульпы, отличающийся тем, что водную ванадиевую пульпу при Т:Ж=1:2 готовят из окисленного шлака или шлама обработкой кислотой от рН 11,5-7,5 до рН 4,5-4,0, а извлечение ванадия из огарка в раствор совмещают с противоточной сорбцией его из пульпы при рН 4,5-1,8 с последующей промывкой насыщенного ионита на дренаже и десорбцией ванадия со смолы. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что при выводе насыщенного ионита в пульпе поддерживают рН 4,5-4,0, а при вводе отреагированного ионита в пульпе рН 2,0-1,8. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что промывку насыщенного ионита осуществляют при содержании 350-650 кг V2O5 на тонну ионита 1%-ным раствором серной кислоты, а десорбцию ведут нитратом аммония 150-200 г/л при рН 7,5-8,5 в твердофазном режиме и рН 4,5-5,5 в объединенном десорбате в жидкофазном режиме. 1.
