Система электродов по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что угол между боковыми сторонами треугольника составляет 130-152°. ! 3. Система электродов по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что в каждом электроде выполнена продольная щель для вывода ионов, расположенная в плоскости симметрии электрода, и ширина щели не превышает 24% от вписанного радиуса ловушки. 1.
