Abstract
1. Система электродов линейной ионной ловушки, имеющая в своем составе четыре электрода, попарно оппозитно расположенные, плоскости симметрии пар электродов, перпендикулярные друг другу, отличающаяся тем, что каждый электрод, по меньшей мере, одной пары имеет в поперечном сечении в основном форму равнобедренного треугольника с вершиной, направленной к продольной оси ловушки. !2. Система электродов по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что угол между боковыми сторонами треугольника составляет 130-152°. ! 3. Система электродов по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что в каждом электроде выполнена продольная щель для вывода ионов, расположенная в плоскости симметрии электрода, и ширина щели не превышает 24% от вписанного радиуса ловушки. 1.
